"We had State Farm four years ago, then moved from Madison to LaCrosse. We like to use local business so we switched. Now after two years we are back to doing business with the Madison office again. It feels like doing business with a family member in that they really do care about your needs and making sure you have what you need at a competitive price. We have found them to be responsive, caring, kind, professional, and easy to work with. Vanessa has been our main contact to work with and she is fantastic!
