"If you're thinking about changing insurance agencies, I can give my wholehearted endorsement as a loyal customer for over six years to this branch and agency specifically. They are kind, prompt, and treat you with the utmost care and respect. They walk you through any changes being made, ensuring you're kept up to date on anything that may impact your coverage. They truly care to read through and explain the coverages you actually have. There are many agents out there who may be your best friend but aren't writing policies that actually cover you, or they don't explain how that little box you checked to save $250 on your premium has consequences when it comes time to become indemnified on the claim side. Working in insurance myself on the other side for the past 16 years, I can wholeheartedly say that this agency goes above and beyond. They don't only explain things; they make sure you understand: 1. What kind of coverages you have 2. What steps you can take to better protect yourself and your family in the event of a claim 3. How to not "step over a dollar to pick up a dime" in regards to policy changes that would affect you negatively in the long run Thank you so much for being an incredible agent. Everyone employed here is of the utmost caliber in their professionalism and their consideration of the important role they play in our day-to-day lives. "We had State Farm four years ago, then moved from Madison to LaCrosse. We like to use local business so we switched. Now after two years we are back to doing business with the Madison office again. It feels like doing business with a family member in that they really do care about your needs and making sure you have what you need at a competitive price. We have found them to be responsive, caring, kind, professional, and easy to work with. Vanessa has been our main contact to work with and she is fantastic! Every person we have ever had contact with has been extremely pleasant to work with. That's why we came back!!"
