ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2013 and currently lead a team of 12 across three office locations. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent five years working as a State Farm team member, giving me valuable firsthand experience in the business before pursuing agency ownership.

We're proud to serve a diverse customer base and have built strong relationships within our local Hispanic community. Many of our customers are Spanish-speaking, and most of our team members are bilingual in English and Spanish. Being able to connect with customers in their preferred language and provide personalized service is an important part of what makes our agency special.

Our agency offers a 401(k) retirement plan, licensing reimbursement, paid holidays, and a generous paid time off program. Team members receive two weeks of PTO during their first two years, increasing to three weeks afterward, plus an additional day off for their birthday and a $200 birthday bonus! We also celebrate work anniversaries with a bonus of $100 for each year of service and offer additional performance-based bonuses tied to individual goals.

With three offices, teamwork and communication are especially important to our success. We've built a hardworking, efficient, and supportive environment where everyone is expected to contribute, stay focused, and work together without unnecessary drama. We value people who take pride in their work, support their teammates, and are committed to providing excellent customer service.
